AMAA has been a big part of my family's lives over the past 8 plus years. My son and daughters all started at age 5. Two of the Three are black belts, and I am working on mine. At one point, my wife was taking classes too. My kids have also been a part of the AMAA Olympic bound sparring team for over 6 years. This has been a truly wonderful experience like no other. As life gets busier, I rest in the solace of knowing that my children have a positive influence and wonderful health ethic that will last them a lifetime.
